What an incredible vac, what an incredible site and what an incredible selection of products. And this list goes on with a variety of 
Dyson genuine accessories. Do you suffer from allergies, have a pet that sheds tons of hair or just many different floor surfaces within your home, then there is a Dyson for you. But hold on now, he has also created a product that is just as powerful as all of his other models, however it has a brain ... this vacuum robot, yes I said robot DC06 ... does the vacuuming for you.
I just visited this site this morning, which I would just like to add is just dazzling and not only visibly stunning but everything you could possibly have a question on about the product, or the creator and his history or even the direction the company is planning on taking ... is right on this site at your fingertips. There is no mysterious creator, that you hear rumors about. His story, his vision and his many programs, projects, triumphs and all the stumbling blocks are all revealed. OK, I will share one little morsel of info, in September of 2009 he will be opening the doors to the 'Dyson School of Design Innovation' the first of it's kind in the UK.
Even if you hadn't even thought about a new vac, or a vacuum as a Christmas gift idea; viewing this site and reading the history of the product and what it offers ... could possibly lead you to reconsider what you would like Santa to bring you, or you might consider giving this product to that someone special this year.
And if English isn't your first language and you prefer reading about his products in your first language, he also has a language translator on site.

A lot of people talk about how commercial Christmas has become ... and they're right, but that's why it's up to us as parents, to not only dazzle our little ones with the magic that this season brings but also to remind them about why we are celebrating.
But my little mind was really in overdrive today, I was remembering when my children were young, we were always on the go and involved in one thing or another. We did quite a bit of traveling, especially since my daughter was in a dance troupe. We have traveled from the east coast to the west coast and various places in between. I felt as though I had yet another job and that was a position as tour coordinator.
Since they have grown, and my daughter is no longer in the troupe, we have slowed down quite a bit. However, I still love to travel, which by the way was really a good thing otherwise I would have been a very miserable mom. So I guess the trips that I will be taking now will be a bit less hectic. One year we visited Myrtle Beach, it was my first visit and to be perfectly honest, I didn't know anything about that area. Was I ever 'blown away', for years I have wanted to go back, without the kids ... I guess the time is now. I can just see myself staying in a gorgeous Myrtle Beach vacation rental with a private pool and a spectacular view.
And we have visited Florida so many times, back then I felt as though it was in my back yard, but I wasn't able to explore it the way I really wanted too. Every other year we would end up in Orlando and that would be it, I am just dying to spend some time in the sand on the beach in a Miami Beach vacation rental. We did book a stay in a vacation rental by owner in Virginia Beach one year, it was in this amazing high rise condo, but Virginia Beach pales in comparison to Myrtle Beach.
Gosh, I guess before the holidays are over I will have replayed things I have done, places I have been and people that I have met at least a dozen times. But the holidays, well this holiday seem to have that effect on me and I like it. Sometimes ... I find myself walking through the house just smiling.

Now let me tell you a little bit more about me...I am a diehard 'frugal fillie'. And I just live for a sale, I get really excited when I see a 'clearance sign' anywhere. Oh, and don't let me just happen to pass a new and never before explored thrift store, it immediately becomes a mandatory stop. So no matter what I'm doing, a few moments just have to be taken so that I can peruse and explore the shop. And oh, does this little head start to spin when I see a 75% off sale. I am like a child that has been released, with a parents blessing of course, in FAO Schwartz.
So, when I seen this web address www.SecondAct.com I could hear the little voices calling, I just knew there was a bargain to be had. When I clicked over to the site, it really wasn't what I was expecting, however I wasn't ... not even for a second, disappointed at what I found.
They had sales guys/gals, on electronics...flat screens, plasmas, entertainment systems, cappuccino makers and much much more. And there is a Deal of the Day everyday, where even more is taken off of the already reduced price for a full 24 hours.
I am also into recycling and reusing , and that's what's happening at this website, the items that are available have either been refurbished or were overstock or even closeouts. And they have been given a second chance.
Great site, great stuff ... just take a look see ...

27 days until Christmas, but who's counting ... well, I guess I am. There really isn't that much time left. Since Thanksgiving, the pressure to shop has been building.
Luckily for us, we have the internet and just imagine the amount of time, gas and stress we can save by spending a little time narrowing down that list by shopping right here, right now. The sky's the limit or should I say the marketplace here is limitless.
Not only can you save money by using the net instead of running from mall to mall, but you can also find awesome bargains at some sites and not only that but you can also make a much needed price comparison all in one spot. -Now What To Get Mom...Hmmm
Do you know someone like this? They have so many photo's on their walls, that the photo's could easily be mistaken for wallpaper. Every free table space is utilized to display an endless flood of framed pictures. Or a person that has an uncanny knack for seemingly knowing when new photo's are 'out and about'. If you do, than you have definitely met 'my mom'.
She is an incurable 'fotofanatic', and it gets worse, she has a host of albums, that she has within easy reach that she will surround you in at the first available opportunity that opens during any and all visits. This is definitely her passion because she never tire's of collecting photo's of all of our family members ... she just shines when she gets her little mitts on a new one.
So, what am I thinking of getting her for Christmas, really this is just such an easy choice for me and she will be tickled pink; this will leave her bubbling for weeks on end; the family and anyone else that calls her will hear about this present that I am considering for untold months to come. What is it, well, some of yall may have guessed and for those that haven't, I will give you a break and 'cut to the chase' ... a picture frame but just not any frame ... a digital frame .
And what will this mean to her collection? She will now have an animated photo album, a frame that can store a host of photo's, this digital photo frame has memory and can constantly by uploaded with additional photo's. And there is more, you can also display short video clips with sound! OMGosh, I can see her sitting in front of this digital picture frame for hours, and the best part is that it has a remote control. She will ABSOLUTELY flip!
And technology is such a BLAST, I can simply let these fingers of mine do the shopping and within days, I will be wrapping the ULTIMATE 'mom gift'. And I know just where to find this perfect mom present, the only problem will be deciding on which frame, the best size and oh, what color ... to give her. But I have a few days to make my final decision, cuz DigitalFramez has next day delivery. But there is just one more thing I have to consider, if I order before the first of December, I will get 5% off the purchase price. The perfect present, that can be ordered online and shipped tomorrow, hmmm ...

-A Little More About The Holidays

Are yall startin to feel it yet? Well, I am ... gotta pull out the decorations and maybe set up the little artificial tree that I use in the living room. The real deal, the freshly cut frasier fir is earmarked for the family room as usual.Their is a gent that owns a little business down the road from us, he could easily pass for St. Nicks cousin. Well, the other day he was sitting out in front of his little store with his 'santa cap' on, in bermuda shorts. I guess it just isn't cold enough for him to pull out the long johns and the heavy red suit yet, well anyway, his image brought a smile to my day that lasted all day long.
For the last 35 years, I have made it a habit or maybe it's become a tradition to buy 'a special set of ornaments' each year. I have delicate glass balls, crystals, pewter and cloth in my collection. Whichever set that I find each year that screams out to me and says 'I am the one' take 'me' home, that's what I do. And as you could imagine, my tree is a hodge podge of items, there is no special theme, it's just about things that I have found and have fell completely in love with. So, naturally my tree each year becomes really something very special, because everything on it represents that very special something that called out to me each year to be noticed.
This year already, I think I have found the set, and can you believe, it is in stainless steel. But I am starting to hear that little voice, and it's calling out, so what else can I do. I am enslaved by my annual addiction, so stainless steel it is.
Well, we are down to 37+ days until Christmas, are yall startin to feel it yet? I guess you already know that I am.

Many of us have run into financial obstacles, due to unexpected events that have left us struggling to recover. Life just happens, and unforeseen events continue to happen and practically everything that happens costs money. So, as a result you are faced with a completely unexpected major expense and sometimes it can just drag you down. Maybe you thought you could handle it, but it didn't turn out that way. You are left with an almost unmanageable burden ... what can you do. Most credit agency's won't even consider extending you a line of credit if that credit score isn't squeaky clean. Now, this just doesn't make sense to me, because there are many honest hard working people out there that just need a chance to turn things around.
For most of us, just consolidating the balances on our credit cards, and obtaining a loan at a lower interest rate would be the key to recovery. But there you go, your credit scores are low, you can't get a loan and the interest rates on your credit cards are sinfully high ... and so what happens ... we continue to fall deeper into the 'credit card interest rate abyss'.
But hey, there is a bright side, I know what you are saying ... 'what is this delusional girl talking about, there isn't a bright side, all I can see is falling deeper into 'the hole of debt'. Well, I found this place that's focused on finding the credit card lenders, home refinance lenders and auto lenders that are accepting folks that are listed as 'bad credit risks'. Guess what you don't have to spend hours on the net, or numerous visits to banking institutions and lending agents, this site has that LIST.
Wow, wouldn't it be great to start the year off, with that new car that you really desperately need or refinancing your home mortgage and even having enough left to give your house the paint job that it needed.
